Survey data policy
1. Description and scope of data processing
In the context of this survey, the data you have entered in the survey form will be transmitted to us (including information on usage behaviour, for some surveys you can also voluntarily enter your e-mail address). No data is passed on to third parties in connection with the data processing. A cookie makes it possible to exclude repeated participation. This functionality can be activated or deactivated for each survey. Another type of cookie is essential for the execution of each survey: these are so-called hashes that enable temporary bridges between client and server in order to establish an assignment between users and answers until the questionnaire is completed. It is therefore not possible to reject these cookies. However, no user data beyond this function is collected.
2. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).
3. Purpose of data processing
The data is used exclusively for the evaluation of the survey. The storage and reading of the cookies is only used to carry out the survey.
4. Duration of storage
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose for which they were collected: If you have provided an e-mail address, the questionnaire and the e-mail address will be stored together for a maximum of 4 weeks, after which they will be disconnected. Afterwards a connection between questionnaire and the e-mail address is no longer possible.
5. Objection and removal possibility
You can delete the cookies that are automatically created when you access this page at any time, however, participation in the survey is then no longer possible. You can revoke your consent by sending an e-mail to the following address: survey-fvv@sbb.spk-berlin.de.
